Everything a skatepark needs. Nothing it does not.
Everything in one skatepark membership system, from the front desk to the year-end accounts. Every feature below exists because a park asked for it — most of them more than once.
The till
More than one counter
Reception, the café and the skate shop can each have their own screen with their own buttons on it, all feeding one set of takings. Adding the second one is a tick-box, not another licence.
Scan, and they are in
A rider holds up their phone and they are in. Nobody types a name into a search box while twelve people wait behind, and nobody is turned away for leaving a card at home — whatever is on the phone, a year's membership or one session, carries its own code.
Take the money, however they pay
Cash, card, voucher or on the house, split across as many tenders as one sale needs. Online payments run through Stripe. At the till, terminals from Dojo, Worldpay, Square, SumUp and PayPal are confirmed against the sale so the night's takings agree, and the VAT split lands on the receipt.
Hire kit without the clipboard
Helmets, pads, scooters and boards go out against a name and a deposit, with their condition noted on the way. At closing time the screen lists everything still signed out, so the last half hour is not spent counting pads in the dark.
Cash up before you have your coat on
Count the drawer, enter what you counted, and the day reconciles itself. Every payment method lands where it should, and a drawer that is out by a pound gets explained on the night rather than argued about on Monday.
Runs on what you already own
Reception works in a browser, so the till is an iPad, an old laptop or the office PC — whatever is to hand. Buttons are sized for fingers rather than a mouse, because most of the day someone is holding the thing one-handed over a queue.
Already on their phone.
Membership cards and session tickets go straight into Apple Wallet. Nothing to download, nothing to log into, and nothing to leave at home — riders hold up a phone and staff scan it.
- Nothing to install. Apple Wallet holds it, and Android riders pin the same pass to their home screen as a web page. No app either way, and no password to forget on a Saturday morning
- Membership or one session, the same scan. A membership card carries their name, member number, sport and code; a booked session adds its own ticket with the date and time on it. Staff scan whichever one comes out of the pocket
- It looks like your park. Passes carry your logo and your colour, taken from the same place the rest of your branding lives, so nobody is ever issued a card with our name on it
Members and safety
Incident reports your insurer will accept
A form built around what RIDDOR actually asks for. Which parent was called and when, the treatment given, the injury itself, and the names of anyone who saw it happen — recorded while it is fresh, attached to the rider's own record, and exportable as a PDF the day a solicitor's letter turns up.
Everything you hold on a rider, in one place
Two emergency contacts rather than one, whatever you have been told medically, the rest of the family, gender and pronouns where they have given them, the waiver on file, and a photo so the desk knows who it is looking at. One record instead of six places to check.
Families on one account
One parent, three riders, one login. Book them all in a single go, and see the whole family's visits and spend together instead of hunting through four separate records.
They keep their own details up to date
Parents log in and fix the phone number, add the new photo, put the younger one on the account. Work that used to interrupt your staff mid-queue now happens on a sofa on a Sunday night, and the desk sees it straight away.
Members pay less, automatically
Decide what a paid membership is worth on sessions and events and the till applies it without anyone remembering to. Member, non-member, pro and spectator each have their own price, so the right one comes up on its own.
Week and month passes
A rider in every Saturday is paying you four times a month, one visit at a time. Sell them the month instead and the half-term visitor becomes a regular. The passes check themselves in like any other ticket.
Signed before they reach the desk.
Every rider signs at sign-up, on their own phone, and the signature lands in their profile. No printing, no filing cabinet, and no hunting through a box file the week an insurer asks.
- Under-18s handled properly. A parent or guardian's consent is captured as part of the same signature, rather than chased down afterwards
- Or on whatever is to hand. A finger on a phone, a stylus on a tablet, or the screen on the desk for anyone who turns up without either
- Drafted around your insurance. We start from what your insurer and your local authority require, then work in the sports you actually run and the way your building is laid out. You edit it yourself as any of that changes
- The wording that applied on the day. Publish a new version and the next visit asks for it, while what sits on a rider's record stays the wording they actually agreed to. Search a name and it is on screen, showing who signed, from which device and at what moment — which is what a claim handler asks for first
Sessions, coaching, parties and events
Sessions that cannot be oversold
Set what a session costs, who it is for and how many can be on the floor, and it runs itself whether the booking came through the website or over the desk. Once it fills, the next rider joins a waitlist and is offered the first place that frees up, without anyone picking up a phone.
Parties, enquiry to party bags
Packages with a guest limit, a deposit and a price you set. The enquiry arrives from your website, you pick the date and take the deposit, and the allergy notes and who is covering it stay on the booking instead of a whiteboard that gets wiped.
One-to-one coaching
Coaches publish the hours they are free and what they charge. Riders pick a coach and a slot and pay for it, and everyone's diary updates — no three-way text conversation about Thursday.
Tickets for the big ones
Comps and jams sold online against a capacity you set, every ticket carrying a QR code for the door. It keeps the queue moving on the one day of the year you really cannot afford a queue.
Knowing how the business is doing
Reports you can hand to someone
How full your sessions actually run, where the money came from by day and by payment method, and whether membership is growing or quietly churning. Export any of it as PDF, Excel or CSV, so the landlord and the accountant each get the thing they asked for.
Who comes, and when
How often your regulars visit, how long they stay, which hours are dead and which are turning people away. The point is not the charts — it is knowing which session to add and which one to drop.
The morning screen
The day's takings so far, which sports are on the floor, who is in the building and what is still booked in. It loads with the till, and most mornings there is nothing else you need to look at before opening.
Who did what
Coach, staff, admin and owner each see what their job needs. PIN sign-in keeps the till moving between people, and the audit log records the changes that matter — including who read a medical note.
Email that sends itself
Booking confirmations, receipts, tickets, party enquiries and password resets, from your address and in your park's colours. Every one is logged, so you can show what was sent and when if someone says it never arrived.
Import what you already have
Members arrive by spreadsheet, and a whole legacy till — members, visits, products, takings — comes across in one go, checked against your old totals before you rely on it.
Your books, without the re-typing.
Each day's takings go through to your accounting software on their own — as a single daily summary, or invoice by invoice if that is how your bookkeeper likes it.
- VAT already split out, so a return is a check rather than a rebuild
- Yesterday's takings posted before you open
- Plugs into the accounts you already keep: no migration, no second subscription
- No figure gets typed in twice
Connected once with your own login. Disconnect it at any time and the takings simply stop posting — nothing else changes.
Your history comes with you.
Changing till systems is the part everyone dreads, so we do it with you: members, their visit history, your products and your takings all come across, and we check the totals in the new system against your old one line by line before you go anywhere near a live Saturday.
Try the lot for three months, free.
Every feature on this page, on your own park's data, with nothing to pay until the trial ends.
